Lisa Megidesh, RYT, teaching since 1986 she is the founding director of Center for Yoga, and is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, 500 hour nationally registered professional yoga teacher, nationally registered Polarity practitioner, Usui Reiki Ryoho master, and former physicist. She has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation and offering energy healing for over 30 years.
